Finca Santa Marta is a Family Farm in Costa Rica

More than 38 years ago our parents acquired this farm so that we could have access to elementary school, since where we lived that was not possible. Arriving at this place was a tremendous joy for everyone. On this farm we have managed to grow and have access to education and essential services.

Our father/grandfather, Alejandro García Villalobos, always recommended that we should seek to produce with respect to Mother Nature. In this way we have found a sustainable way to work and we have been able to regenerate more than 30% of the farm. This today allows us to have a very wide diversity of animals and birds on the farm. Our farm has also been conditioned for coffee production, as producing coffee is the primary objective of the farm. The farm also produces vegetables and it has some cattle. The coffee maze on the farm has been a project several years in the making and we are very proud to share with you.
